The relationship between student attitudes towards using virtual education and their satisfaction during the COVID-19 pandemic

The move to new approaches higher education has required many universities around the world use e-learning in their courses. present study aimed investigate relationship between attitudes of students toward using virtual and satisfaction level during Covid-19 crisis. research methodology used was descriptive. A sample 165 undergraduate (89 technical engineering 76 psychology students) were randomly selected at Islamic Azad University Shahre Rey first semester 2020-2021. Attitude questionnaires collect data. analyses carried out through SPSS software (26 version), by Pearson correlation t-tests on two independent samples. Findings indicated that there a significant for all participants. Therefore, it can be concluded more positive towards are, is. In addition, no difference target groups. accurate analysis questions showed generated problems when came understanding main concepts. While both groups believed online examinations appropriate given pandemic circumstances, some difficulties such as internet speed challenges while uploading response sheets affected attitude negative way. findings also found platforms challenging than students.
